This is a notice that the Village of Baltimore Planning and Zoning Commission as well as the Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to review the following applications:
1. Property Location: 623 E Market Street; Owner: Roger and Bernice Woods
Planning and Zoning Commission will hear a request from Roger Woods asking for a zoning district change from the current R-1 Residential District to a LM Limited Manufacturing District. The request is to allow this property to be used commercially for a trucking company. The new business will have on site at the property: office space, garage for preventive maintenance of trucks and overnight parking for trucks and trailers. The plan is to grow the current fleet of 20 trucks to a fleet of 33 trucks.
2. Property Location: 114 S Main Street; Owner: John Anundson and Judy Drake
Property owners are requesting to put a 26’ x 26’ two car garage at the rear of their property located directly beside the current existing barn which they want to keep. The two accessory buildings combined exceed the amount of square footage that two accessory structures together can have on the property. He is asking for a variance from the Board of Zoning Appeals to allow him to build a 2 car garage accessory structure at the rear of his property.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 6:00 PM in the Village of Baltimore Council Chambers located at 103 E Market St.
