On Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., the Village of Baltimore Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing via Zoom to review the following variance application:
- Property Location: 0 Holder Road
- Parcel# 0240255200
- Owner: Bernice & Roger Woods
The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hear a request from Mr. & Mrs. Woods asking for a zoning variance on this property. This property is located in an R2 Residential District and the requirements of an R2 is that the entrance to a parcel must be off of an improved, paved road and which must be at least 100′ wide. Currently, the 11 acres entrance to the property is from Holder Road but the entrance width to this parcel is only 68′ wide making it 32′ shorter than the 100′ frontage requirements.
A public hearing will be held at 7:00 for all members of the public to share their opinions regarding this variance via Zoom. The directions to call in on the phone or by using a computer are listed in the link below.
